Where can you get dragonfruit in North America?! I love tv sweet juicy taste. I have heard that the red flesh one makes your urine red. Is that also true?

Yes, you are right, Pomegranates are very high in Orac levels. The antioxidant value of the 100% Pomegranate juice described in ORAC units is 2341 ? mol TE/100g.

What about Pomegranate wine? Poms are supposed to have a lot of anti-oxidants aren’t they? Is there a link to the full list?

thank you for the information on hiring a proper wine maker. I own a 40 acre blueberry farm. 20% of my sales are to the public. I have been asked by many of our regular customers about blueberry wine. I’m not very knowledgeable about wine except for the fact that I like red wine (merlot, shiraz ect). Over the past five years i’ve started to appreciate the taste of wine. I’m wondering if blueberry wine or fruit wine can be a success for an everday person like me?
